The Cornell's "grower self assessment" documents has not been updated since it's initial publication. I would suggest removing it from the list pending an update to reflect the many changes that have taken place since it was first published.
The training kit is well done and will improve the training efforts for the field workers. The demonstration I attended was well received and those who will be using the kit were excited about having an additional training tool.

"Mitigation practices by definition make something less harsh or severe. Therefore, valid mitigation practices will by definition have a positive impact on food safety. To avoid misunderstanding, the recommendation will be to remove the proposed phrase “without enhancing food safety”
