How do I submit proposed changes and/or comments to the leafy green metrics?

Any proposed language changes, suggestions and comments will be accepted by email, fax and/or online following specific instructions (See Table 2). A word version of the sections under discussion will be sent to everyone in our distribution list. When proposed changes and comments are submitted through this website do the following:

1. Select the document you will be using to propose changes or comments.
2. Select the specific section you will be addressing to propose changes or comments.
3. You will see two tabs at the top of the section of the document you may want to edit: "View" and "Edit". If any revisions have been made to that specific section of the document, you will see a third tab.
4. Select the option “Edit” to propose your changes.
5. You can add or delete text at this point. The website will automatically track your changes; you will not see any tracked changes at this point.
6. Once you have completed your proposed changes, you can preview the section you are working on, and you will be able to confirm your changes, by clicking “SAVE” at the bottom of the page.
7. In order to submit a change, you must briefly explain what you are proposing and include a justification for it. This website will not accept your changes until you complete all the required fields.
8. Once a revision or proposed change is submitted, another tab will be generated, the “Revisions” tab. By accessing this tab, you can compare the first version of the document (original document) to its latest version and see all the differences or changes made by you and others.
9. Comments on proposed changes or any posts on this community site may be submitted by using the option “Add new comment” under the specific item you would like to comment on.
